Land and buildings The plot is fairly sheltered from view and is a plot with plenty of lawn. Nice walk in charming surroundings, about 300 m, to the jetties where a rowing boat is waiting. To the cozy bath with beach promenade is approximately 600 m. In the surrounding area there are walking paths. Ljusterö Square is 5 km away, where there are grocery stores, outlet for pharmacy, liquor store and post office, restaurants, tourist office. Linanäs is 16 km away and there are two restaurants, marina and grocery store on the bridge, this also adds steamer S / S Storskär to weekday evenings and other Waxholm boats. Wonderful day trips further out in the archipelago can be done from the ferry location on the mainland side. Close to Norrtälje which is a wonderful summer town. Wira Bruk is located near the ferry location on the mainland. To the house you can go by car or bus. There is road ferry from the mainland to the island and it runs every 10 minutes in summer.

It has occurred that wells dried out in the archipelago. We therefore urge our tenants to be careful about water consumption with regard to access and environment.
Bed linen and towels can be rented for 150 SEK. Rent weekly Saturday to change.
Departure cleaning is mendatory, 1250 SEK.
Discount when renting more than one week: Week 1 = full price. Week 2-3 = 10% discount.
