Large grassy areas on the site, very nice excursions are possible in the immediate area.

Land and buildings
The plot is very much protected from neighbour insight, a staircase goes down to the large jetty and patio. On the lawn up at the house is a trampoline that you can use at your own risk. There are sun loungers and several patios. The balcony has awning if the sun becomes too strong and there’s also an infrared heater for the cooler nights. Good fishing water for pike and perch, bring your own fishing gear. A rowboat is included, several different sizes of life jackets are available. Outdoor games available, badminton, cube and footballs. 2 one-man kayaks are available for rent for SEK 1000 / w.

Bedroom
One bedroom with a double bed, 180 cm. Two smaller bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and another with two bunk beds.

Kitchen and water
The kitchen has hot and cold water. Dining area with view is available in open plan living area. There is a fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee maker, stove with oven, fan and toaster.
Water wells have been known to dry up in the Swedish archipelago. Please be mindful about your water consumption.
Bathroom
The bathroom has two sinks, toilet and a shower.

Miscellaneous
Mobile coverage is good. About an hour to Arlanda and Stockholm.
About 3 kilometres to Åkeröbadet with large sandy beach, jetty, float, barbecue area, changing room and outdoor deck.
Gräddö with boat and kayak rentals, grocery store, pizzeria, café, gasoline and more are about 8 kilometres away.

At the Vreta market, about 13 kilometres away there is a grocery store and a pizzeria.

About 2 kilometres to Norrtälje which is a fantastic beautiful summer town with lots of shopping, grocery stores, culture and activities.

There is a commuter parking at Campus Roslagen, Norrtälje, if you want to take the bus to Stockholm. The blue buses are efficient and run all the time.

It is about 9 kilometres to Kapellskär, from where you can take the Viking Line to Åland on a day trip. There is also a summer café, kayak rental, adventure park, gadget shop, restaurant, home museum.

Samstorps farm has a game safari, farm shop with organic and locally produced delicacies, serving and mini golf, about 9 km.

About 10 kilometres to Räfsnäs where you can make boat trips to Fejan, Tjockö, Lidö and Söderarm with the lighthouse,

Riddersholm nature reserve is also close by, www.riddersholm.se, in a nice location, near the sea with nice beaches and nature trails. Camping, kiosk, mini golf.

About 4.5 kilometres Södersvik sourdough bakery with full sale and serving during the summer.

Roslagens Golf Club is approximately 3.8 kilometres away.

Marholmen, about 2 kilometres, here you’ll find mini golf, restaurants, canoes, paintball and more.
