St Segholmen

Plot and buildings
A lovely seaside plot with its own sandy beach and large dock, 25 metres long, where you can sunbathe and swim. Sandy bottom between the stone pier and the bridge. At the sandy beach there is a lovely sauna house with large porch and beer and soda freezer. The sauna is wood fuelled. The main house has two balconies with different views and outdoor furniture. Right next door is a guest cottage. Rowboat with a small engine is included, a Theri 6 hp. A windsurfing board and kayak are also available. It is possible to rent a larger motor boat. If you come by your own boat, the depth at the pier is 1.9 metres. Many different life jackets are available.

Bedrooms
The main house has a bedroom with a double bed. One bedroom with two bunk beds. A bed in a sofa bed. The guest cottage has a double bed and a bunk bed.

Kitchen and water
The main house has a kitchen with a dining area, fridge and freezer, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The guest cabin has a smaller kitchen with stove, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine.
This house has its own water treatment plant. However, we still urge our guests to be economical with water consumption regarding access and environment. Excessive use of, for example, the washing machine can cause the water to run out, but it holds for normal access with dishes, showers and a few washing machines per week.

Bathroom
The main house has bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The guest cabin has toilet with toilet and sink. The sauna house has an outdoor shower in the back. The guest cabin also has an outside shower.

Other rooms
The main house has a TV room with a sofa and there are many TV channels available. The kitchen is very open and connected with the living- and dining room. The living room has a wood burning stove, firewood is available.

Miscellaneous
Mobile coverage is good and internet by fiber is available.
An hour to Arlanda and about 40 minutes to Stockholm.
View from the plot towards Dalarö Skans. St. Segholmen is a quiet and peaceful island.
To St Segholmen, regular ferries depart from Dalarö several times a day.
To Dalarö you can go by Waxholm boat. Dalarö is through history an important place where there are customs museums, restaurants, bakeries, shops and more. There are also incredibly beautiful views from the so-called "Amerikaberget". In short, Dalarö has all the services, history and archipelago charms that are difficult. Tours with Waxholm boats can also be made to Utö and Huvudskär.
For those interested in sailing and action, we can highly recommend the long sandy beach of Schweitzerdalen on Dalarö. Here you will also find warm and child friendly water, winds for surfing, kiteboard, etc.
For rent weekly with Saturday change. Discount: Week 1 = full price. Week 2 or more = 10% discount.

The guest will clean the houses before departure.
Larger motorboat can be rented for 17,500 SEK / week if it can be proven that you have sufficient knowledge of operating such a boat.
