Villa Harmoni, Rindö

The house has a high standard, beautiful rooms, great comfort, sauna, outdoor jacuzzi and sun all day. Close to the pearl of the archipelago Vaxholm, idyllic archipelago with boat services to the archipelago and to Stockholm. Location is hard to beat!

Land and buildings The plot is about 300 m from the beautiful cliffs, trails through the woods. The house is built in the beautiful island style and is best suited for adult companionships. On the back of the house is a large terrace with two outdoor furnitures and sun loungers. The plot is natural with rocks and grasses and rare plants. A lovely outdoor jacuzzi here. The plot is fenced by a charming old fence. 2 adult bicycles are available in current condition.

Bedroom and beds On the house's upper level are three bedrooms. Each room has a double bed, 2 x 180 cm and 140 cm and 2 single beds of 90 cm divided into two rooms.

Kitchen, water and laundry The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped and open and bright. The dining area is located with windows on three sides overlooking the garden. Ceramic hob with 2 ovens, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, extractor fan, kettle, toaster. On the lower floor there is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. The house has municipal hot and cold water.

Bathroom The house has a bathroom on each floor. The upper bathroom is large with bath, shower, sink, toilet and sauna. Downstairs is a toilet, sink and shower. Both are fully tiled.

Other rooms TV room with large sofa upstairs and living room downstairs with a sofa group and armchair.

Other Do you want an upscale experience you can book a sailing day with the owners on their large sailing yacht, subject to availability. Agreed upon contact with the owners.
The old military installation Rindö, Oscar Fredriksborg, is a nice marine excursion that also has a guest harbor, restaurant, Waxholms brewery and a cheese makeri. Marina are also in Vaxholm. About 200 m to a general store which shop, pharmacy and liqour agents. About 300 m to the bus stop.

It takes about 35 minutes by car to Stockholm. One can also take a boat or bus to Stockholm from Vaxholm. Halfway to Vaxholm is Waxholms Kastell car ferry is on its own island. There is played theater and concerts in summer.

It takes about 10 minutes by car ferry over to Vaxholm, pearl of the archipelago. Here are beautiful archipelago with lots of ferries that dock for further expeditions to the archipelago. Or to Stockholm. Here are cafés, walking among charming old houses, restaurants, Italian ice cream parlor, shopping. In Vaxholm are also all kinds of services as well as a tourist office in the town hall.

At Rindö ferry is a commuter parking, so you do not have to have the car with you to Vaxholm. There is also a restaurant, Kajkanten, with wood-fired pizza. About 5.5 km in the other direction lies another ferry, Stenslätten, which takes you to Värmdö. There is a summer restaurant at the ferry location on Värmdö side and six km away is Siggesta farm. A wonderful excursion where you can eat, snack, go to the boot sale on Sundays, play football golf, petting animals and a lot more.

House for rent weekly Saturday to change, and we apply discount system if you rent several weeks. Final cleaning is compulsory optional and costs 1800 SEK. Bed sheets / towels can be booked for 300 SEK / person. The house has checking out at 10 and check in at 16. Week 1 = full price. Week 2-3 = 10% discount.

It has occurred that wells dried out in the archipelago. We therefore urge our tenants to be careful about water consumption with regard to access and environment.
