Sommarviken, Öran, Ljusterö

Driveway all the way. Lovely location by a quiet bay, beautiful, leafy and quiet surroundings. Close to Linanäs with restaurants and folk life, close to the sports field.

Land and buildings
The cabin faces the water and its own jetty. Here there is a bathing ladder and deckchairs/outdoor furniture. If you have your own boat, it can be moored at the jetty, depth is 40 cm. The cottage has a lovely balcony that has sun all day. The cottage is on a shared plot.

Bedroom
There are two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with a family bunk bed (90+140 cm)

Kitchen and water
The cottage has municipal water. The kitchen is new and has a fridge and freezer compartment, fan, ceramic hob and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Kitchen table and chairs.

Bathroom
In the bathroom there is a combustion toilet (odorless and easy to handle), shower, sink.

Other rooms
The living room has a sofa, TV with streaming capability, chest of drawers and glass doors to the balcony.

Miscellaneous
Mobile coverage is good and internet with wifi is available. Just over an hour to Arlanda and approx. 60 minutes to Stockholm.

It is 11 km to Ljusterö square, where there is a grocery store, pharmacy representative, system company and post office, restaurants, ice cream, deli. It is 3.6 km to Linanäs and there are two restaurants, guest harbour, bar, ice cream and more. About 8.5 km to Ljusterö 18-hole golf course and 1300 m to Ljusterö Sports ground with outdoor gym, tennis courts, paddle, boules. In the north of Ljusterö/Östra Lagnö there is an incredibly beautiful nature reserve with smooth rocks from the Stone Age that face the outer parts of the archipelago. Close to Norrtälje, which is a wonderful summer town. Wira bruk is located near the ferry stop on the mainland.

The house can be reached by car, bus or boat. There is a road ferry from the mainland to the island and it runs every 10 minutes in the summer, the crossing takes 10 minutes. If you go by bus, it is about 1300 m to walk. From the boat jetty it is approx. 300 m. From Öran's jetty you can take a mini cruise with S/S Storskär, the beautiful old steamboat, board at Öran's jetty, go to the final jetty Väsby Strand and back. About 30 min mini cruise. The boat is worth experiencing.
