Access to tennis courts, adventure park with cable car, climbing wall, soccer field, basketball hoop. Adjacent to a nature reserve and you can easily enter the Roslagsleden. A nice breeze on the plot when it is hot. Sun most of the day on the plot. Proximity to many different excursions.

Land and buildings
A cute cottage with a balcony. The plot is partially fenced and it is fine to bring your own pets. Fishing rods are available for those who are hungry for peaceful fishing. Trampoline on the plot that is used at your own risk. There are several outdoor seating areas and a small glazed porch. The cottage is located 6 km south of Grisslehamn in Södra Fjällboholmar. Three adult bicycles are available to borrow in good condition, one of which is an electric bicycle.

Bedroom
Two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds. An extra bed in the kitchen sofa that is great to sleep in.

Kitchen and water
The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooker hood and coffee maker.
It has happened that wells have dried up in the archipelago. We therefore kindly urge our tenants to be frugal with water consumption with regard to access and the environment.

Bathroom
There is a Cinderella combustion toilet inside the house and an outdoor toilet which is secluded and you have a nice view there if you have the door open. A shower room inside the house.

Other rooms
The living room is cozy with a wood burning stove. Ordinary basic channels on the TV.

Other
Mobile coverage is good. It is about 90 minutes to Stockholm and Arlanda.
Grisslehamn is 6 km away. Here is Albert Engström's delicious museum on a cliff almost at the sea edge. Hotell Havsbaden has a restaurant and a spa. In the harbor you can buy freshly caught and cooked fish. From here, Eckerölinen's boats also go to Åland, you can make day trips. Grisslehamn has flea markets on Saturdays 9-14 in Grisslehamn's marina.

Älmsta is 7 km away. Here is a large ICA store, system company representative (order one day, pick up a few days later), pharmacy, restaurant and coffee.
