Gårdshuset Lisö

There´s also a fantastic terrace where you can enjoy your evening. It´s a well equipped house on a shared plat. There is a rowing boat available. The beach´s a stone's throw away, you can aldo fish here. Horses in pastures can be seen nearby. It´s about 1.5 hours from Arlanda and about 1 hour from Stockholm.

Plot and buildings:
The house is located in a wonderful landscape in Sorunda near meadows and fields, it is high up, with a view down onto the bay. A path goes down to the water and the rowing boat. Across the bay there´s a lovely sandy beach, where you can go with the rowing boat. It is possible to go here with your own personal boat and dock at the host's jetty, which can accomodate sailboats. The house is located on a shared plot, the landlord lives about 25 meters away. On the plot is also another house that can be rented if you are a large party, the house is called Lisö. The farmhouse has a huge porch that gets sun well into the evening. Shared gas grill available. In the immediate area there are many pastures with horses. There are also majestic sea eagles roaming the area. You can book the sauna by the lake and the hot tub directly via the host for a fee. 2 bicycles are available and are shared with the other house.

Bedrooms and beds:
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed.

Kitchen and water:
The kitchen is large and well equipped. An old wood stove is available to set a fire in. Stove with oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, cooker hood, toaster and a dishwasher. The kitchen table is also quite large. Hot and cold water from your very own well, plenty to drink and good access.

Bathroom:
Large tiled bathroom with underfloor heating, toilet, sink, shower are upstairs. Downstairs there is a toilet with sink.

Other rooms:
The living room has a TV, sofa and coffee table.

Miscellaneous:
The house and the plot are child-friendly, but it is located by the sea and there is a level difference on the plot and a staircase in the house. Mobile coverage is good. It is possible to travel by car, bus and your own boat to here. The surroundings are wonderfully beautiful with meadows, fields, horse paddocks, overall a very rural environment.

The house is rented weekly, in low season any weekends can be discussed. Changes hands on saturdays.
Final cleaning is a mandatory add on and costs SEK 1,500.
