Land and buildings
The plot is divided by values. Very charming plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. Lovely view of Sillviken from panoramic windows. The house has a terrace with table and chairs. Havsviken is rich in seabirds, including sea eagles. The house is very fresh and built in 2014. Narrow road is passed on the way down to the host's large jetty with table and chairs and two sun loungers. Cozy to sit and eat there as well as sunbathe and swim. The pier has a bathing ladder and a rowing boat is included. The nearest sandy beach is about 1 km away. At Aludden next door there are lovely walking paths. From the road up to the plot is a fairly steep hill. Lots of blueberries, wild raspberries and mushrooms are found in the surrounding forests. The cottage is winter home. Wifi is available as well as AC for cold hot days.

Bedrooms and beds
A sleeping loft with sloping ceilings and a double bed. Small bedroom with a single bed.

Kitchen and water
The rest of the cottage is in open plan. The kitchen is fresh and well equipped with ceramic hob with two plates, hot and cold water, fridge and freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, cooker hood, coffee maker, toaster. Dining table with 4 chairs.

Bathroom
Fully tiled bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Underfloor heating

Other
Mobile coverage is good and Wifi is available. About 60 km to Stockholm and an hour's drive to Arlanda.
To Ljusterö square it is about 4 km, where there is a grocery store, agents for pharmacies and post office, restaurants, tourist office. It is about 14 km to Linanäs and there are two restaurants, a guest harbor and a grocery store that are system agents. From here there are several trips a day to Stockholm by Waxholmsbåt, the journey takes about 2 hours. The steamboat S / S Storskär also docks here on weekday evenings, you can take a small mini-trip with it, a unique experience. Close to Norrtälje which is a charming summer town. On the mainland it is about 3 km to Wira mill a wonderful excursion destination. On northern Ljusterö there is also a beautiful nature reserve with smooth rocks from the Stone Age, swimming, cows and sheep grazing and not least a wonderful view. Kayak rentals are about 5 km away. About 8 km to Ljusterö golf.

You can go by car or bus to the house. There is a road ferry from the mainland to the island and it runs every 10 minutes in the summer. The crossing takes 10 min.

For rent weekly with Saturday change.
The guest brings their own sheets and towels and takes care of cleaning the cottage on departure.
On request, we can arrange contact with a company which can clean and has sheets and towels for rent.
