Land and buildings The plot is situated high in a quiet recreation area and relatively undisturbed. About 200 meters to the fine sandy beach with rocks and jetties with a trampoline and about 200 meters in the other direction a playground. Much forest in the immediate area and nice walking paths. On the plot, a nature site, there are wild strawberries, blueberries and wild raspberries. About 3 km to Breviksbadet with fantastic sandy beach, cliffs, kiosk and mini golf. About one km to Lervik jetty where Waxholmsbolagets regular tours go.
The house has bayed patios on 3 sides so you can follow the sun all day. At the front of the house is the patio under roof, and here's the lovely evening sun. At the far end is a guest cottage.
Boat space can be arranged on request.

Bedroom and beds The big house has a bedroom with a double bed, a single room with an extentable double bed.

Kitchen and water The kitchen is well equipped and is open plan with living room and hallway. Stove with oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, fan, coffee maker, toaster. The property has its own well. The water is good and the access is good, however one should not waste water.

Bathroom The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink and washer and dryer, there is also underfloor heating.

Other rooms The living room which is open plan with the kitchen and hall, which provides a huge space to the room, has beautiful mullioned windows, fireplace, sitting area with table, television with standard channels. The decor is bright and pleasant. The cabin has central vacuum cleaner.

Other About 50 minutes to the airport and about the same distance to Stockholm. The plot and the house is child friendly, there is even a small slide on the property, as well as a playground about 200 m away.
About 5.5 km to Åkersberga with full services. Trains and buses to Stockholm. Waxholmsbolagets boats call at Lervik pier, about 1 km. In Åkersberga is a golf course and in the neighborhood another couple. Close to the archipelago restaurants in Skeppsdal and Östanå. At Östanå ferry going over to Ljusterö which is a lovely island to discover the nature reserves, restaurants, supermarket. Near Östanå is also Wira Bruk where it sells beautifully wrought, here they forged swords back in the 1600s. The environment here is particularly beautiful.

The cottage rent weekly Saturday to change. We apply the discount scheme if you rent the cottage for several weeks. Week 1 = full price. Week 2-3 = 10% discount.
