Land, buildings Wonderful view straight across Saxarfjärden. Natural plot with rocks facing the sea. Large dock / deck that is built after the rock´s shape and out to sea. Terrace next to the house on the hill with furniture and large roofed terrace with exit from the house. You can swim from the rocks and from the ladder to the bridge. It is a large house on the plot with open and spacios plan as well as a guest house.

Bedroom and beds The large house has 4 bedrooms. A room with a double bed 160 cm. Two bedrooms each with two single beds 90 cm wide. One bedroom with a junior bed. The guest cottage has a sofa bed with two beds.

Kitchen and water The kitchen is a working kitchen and is open plan with the dining area, refrigerator, stove with oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster. Freezer in adjacent storehouse. Fireplace in the dining area. There are hot and cold water and the quality and access is good. However, one should not wasting water.

Bathroom Fully tiled bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, washing machine. The guest house has toilet, shower and sink.

Other rooms The living room is large and spacios with high ceilings and beautiful windows onto the terrace and the view. Sofa and television with standard programs. Open floor plan with dining area and kitchen as well as a play area outside two of the bedrooms are located upstairs. Several indoor stairs. Minimalist decor in white.

Guest house The guest cottage has a room with a sofa bed and a dining table with chairs.

Other Mobile coverage is good. About 6 mil to Stockholm and one hour drive to the airport. To Ljusterö Square is 14 km, there are grocery store, representative for the pharmacy and post office, restaurants, tourist office. Linanäs is 1 km away and there are two restaurants, marina and grocery store that is the system agent. From here, several times a day to Stockholm and Vaxholm by boat, the journey takes about 2 hours to Stockholm. It also adds steamer S / S Storskär to weekday evenings, a mini trip recommended from Linanäs to Väsby Beach and back to Linanäs. Wonderful day trips to the archipelago can be done from the ferry location on the mainland side. Close to Norrtälje which is a charming city in the summer. On the mainland, it is about 3 km to the Wira Bruk a wonderful excursion. On the northern Ljusterö is also a beautiful nature reserve with smooth rocks from the Stone Age, bath, cows and sheep grazing, and not least a magnificent view. To the house you can go by car or bus. There is road ferry from the mainland to the island and it runs every 10 minutes in summer. The crossing takes 10 minutes.

Rent weekly Saturday to change. Sheets / towels can possibly be booked on request and cleaning is mendatory, 3.000 SEK.
The house suits 4 adults and up to five children, total 9 persons.
