Land and buildings The site is protected and has very little view. Large grassy area for outdoor games, the plot is suitable for children. A main housing with roofed terrace. The guest house is situated just next to the small veranda. The sea can be glimpsed between the trees. About 250 m walk to a lovely sandy beach with dock and swim ladder. The area is quiet and beautiful older homes on large plots. Beautiful walking paths.
Bedroom and beds The large house has two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. The guest cottage has a bunk bed and a sofa bed with two beds.
Kitchen and water The kitchen is completely new and fresh. Hot and cold water of good quality. Do not waist with water. The kitchen has fridge and freezer, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The kitchen is like a bar kitchen and separated from the main room with a bench and a fireplace.
Bathroom Large cabin has a toilet with sink. The guest cottage has a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. Both toilets are biotoilets type Separett, an odorless biotoalett.
Other rooms Great cottage has an open-plan to the bar kitchen. Here is a charming brick fireplace that goes nicely to burn in, TV, dining table and sofa. The guest cottage also has an open plan dining and sitting area is located in one room. Bunk beds in the same room but a bit secluded in an angle of the room.
Other About 1 hour from Arlanda and Stockholm. Mobile coverage is good. You can catch both the bus and car to the cottage. From the bus is 3 km walk. Just under 2 mil to Norrtälje which is a fantastic city in the summer. Here are supermarkets, cozy shops in the old city center, cafés and restaurants. Wira Bruk is located about 13 km to the south is a wonderful place to visit, with a romantic setting, café, exhibition and sale of forgings. Dating from the 1600s. One can also make a day trip to beautiful Åland. You go north to Grisslehamn and take Eckerölinjen. You can also go to Kapellskär at Norrtälje and go Viking Line.
Linens can be rented for 150 SEK / person. Final cleaning can be booked for 1000 SEK. The cottage rent weekly Saturday to change. During the off-season weekends can possibly be rented on request.
It has occurred that wells dried out in the archipelago. We therefore urge our tenants to be careful about water consumption with regard to access and environment.
