Land and buildings The site is located near a shipyard building (no business there) that you pass on the way down to the sea. There is a building and a row boat. Berth for 6 m boat can be arranged a few hundred meters away on request. The house has a large panoramic window facing the sea. Many boats go by outside. The house has a large terrace with barbecue. Lawn for outdoor games. A few kilometers to the nature reserve on Östra Lagnö with wonderful cliffs from the Stone Age, bathing, beautiful nature. Ljusterö Square is 9 km away, where there are grocery stores, outlet for pharmacy, liquor store and post office, restaurants, tourist office. For Linanäs is 19 km and there are two restaurants, marina and grocery store on the bridge, this also adds steamer S / S Storskär to weekday evenings and other Waxholm boats. Wonderful day trips to the archipelago can be done from the ferry location on the mainland side. Close to Norrtälje which is a wonderful summer town. To the house you can go by car or bus. There is road ferry from the mainland to the island and it runs every 10 minutes in summer.
Bed linen and towels can be rented on request for 150 SEK. Final cleaning can possibly be arranged on request 1200 SEK. Rent weekly Saturday to change. Can be rented weekends during the mid and low season on request.
Discount when renting more than one week: Week 1 = full price. Week 2-3 = 15% discount.
It has occurred that wells dried out in the archipelago. We therefore urge our tenants to be careful about water consumption with regard to access and environment.
