Plot and buildings
The plot is fenced in all around, large areas for children to play on. The house has a large outdoor / glazed porch with direct access to a lovely terrace with an outdoor bath. Outdoor furniture and barbecue on the patio, 2 bicycles are available to borrow. 100 m walk to the rock baths and rowing boat in the lake Skären which is unusually clean. About 1 km to the sandy beach in Skären. About 5 km to the sea with sandy beach, cliffs, docks.

Bedrooms and beds
All beds are of high quality. One bedroom with one double bed, one room with two single beds. In the living room there’s a sofa bed with two cots.

Kitchen and water
The kitchen is equipped with and induction stove, oven, gas stove, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a large dining table.
It has happened that wells dry out in the archipelago. We therefore urge our tenants to be economical with their water consumption with regard to access and environment.

Bathroom
Shower cabinet, toilet, sink.

Other rooms
The living room has lovely wood burning stove, TV with Canal Digital, sofa set, exit to the glazed veranda and a massage chair.

Miscellaneous
Mobile coverage is good. About 60 km to Stockholm and an hour's drive to Arlanda.

In the area there are lovely walking paths. To Ljusterö square it’s 2.5 km, there is a grocery store, agent for pharmacy, post office, restaurants, and a tourist office. On southern Ljusterö in Linanäs there are several restaurants, guest harbor, steamboat pier. On northern Ljusterö / Östra Lagnö there is an incredibly beautiful nature reserve with smooth cliffs from the Stone Age towards the outer parts of the archipelago. Wonderful day trips out into the archipelago can be made from the ferry port on the mainland side. About 3 miles to Norrtälje which is a wonderful summer town.

The cottage is rented weekly with a Mondays change. Weekends can be rented on request in low and mid season.
Bed linen and towels can be rented for SEK 150 per person
Cleaning is mandatory and costs 1.800 SEK
Discount for rent of more than one week: Week 1 = full price. Week 2-3 = 10% discount.
