Lillstugan, Lådna

Boats that traffic the archipelago regularly can take you to other islands.

Plot and buildings
The cottage sits by itself with a garden at the back which belongs to the neighbouring farm. There are cows and chickens and a farm shop with products made at the farm. The house has a small porch and outdoor furniture.

Bedrooms
The bedroom has a built-in bunk bed with a 90 cm and a 120 cm bed. A sofa bed is in the living room with a bed.

Bedrooms and beds
The living room has a bedroom with two single beds and a room with a double bed that has a drapery. The guest cottage has a bunk bed, the lower bed is 120 cm and the upper is 80 cm.

Kitchen and water
The kitchen is equipped with stove and oven, fridge, freezer, wood stove, micro, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine and radio.
Sadly, wells have begun to dry out more often in the archipelago. Therefore, we ask that all our tenants show some restraint in the amount of water that they consume. Please be as conservative as possible.

Bathroom
In the bathroom there is a odour free old fashioned toilet as well as a shower and a sink.

Other rooms
There is another room with a small dining table and a sofa bed.

Miscellaneous
Mobile coverage is good.
On the island there is a small shop, www.ladnamacken.se, about 300 m from the cottage. There are many Waxholm boat trips to the docks at Lådna and you can go on excursions to nearby islands, Ingmarsö, Svartsö, Hjälmö and Husarö. Ingmarsö and Svartsö have both a grocery store and a tavern. You can also take trips into the beautiful archipelago town of Vaxholm. There’s a playground on the island. There is also a fairy-tale path/event, a track that consists of 10 stations and is about 300 meters long.

Your hosts have a small shop near the cottage where you take what you need on your own. Leave your payment in the jar before you leave.

Hjälmö farm shop has Saturday opening May - September. Here you can buy various products from the farm such as sheepskin, but also handicrafts from local artists. During May-September you can "buy" things like ice cream and eggs every day of the week, remember to leave your payment in the jar.

At Hjälmö, Västergården is located, a visitor farm with an exhibition and a nature and cultural path. The farm shows the importance of the small-scale archipelago agriculture for the cultural landscape and biodiversity.

Rent weekly with Saturday change.

Weekends during spring and autumn can be booked on request, 2 days cost 2.950 SEK.

The final cleaning is mandatory and costs SEK 650.

Sheets and towels can be booked for SEK 150 / person.

Discount: Week 1 = full price. Week 2 or more = 10% discount.
