Land and buildings
Large lot for outdoor games and parties. There are outdoor toys for children. There is a garden country and here you can pick what is ripe. Charcoal grill and outdoor furniture are available. 4 bikes are available to borrow in existing condition.

Bedroom
The house has a total of 9 beds. The large bedroom has a 160 bed and a 120 bed. 2 other bedrooms with 180 and 140 beds respectively and one and a sofa bed in the middle room on the upper floor which can be made out into a 180 bed or just used as a 90 bed.

Kitchen and water
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, wood stove, fridge and freezer, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, cooker hood, toaster, juicer, blender, waffle iron, dishwasher.
It is recommended to buy bottled drinking water as the water is not very good. There are also 20-liter cans that can be filled for free at Ljusterö torg's filling station. However, the water is sufficient for all cooking.

It has happened that wells have sunk in the archipelago. We therefore kindly ask our tenants to be frugal with water consumption with regard to availability and the environment.

Bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet.

Other rooms
There is also a living room with a large sofa, TV via chromecast. Wood stove.

Miscellaneous
Mobile coverage is good and internet with wifi is available. Just over an hour to Arlanda and approx. 60 minutes to Stockholm.

It is 4.5 km to Ljusterö square, where there is a grocery store, pharmacy representative, system company and post office, restaurants, deli. It is 15 km to Linanäs and there are two restaurants, a guest harbor and a grocery store on the jetty. The steamer S/S Storskär also docks here on weekday evenings and also other Waxholm boats. In the north of Ljusterö/Östra Lagnö there is an incredibly beautiful nature reserve with smooth rocks from the Stone Age that face the outer parts of the archipelago. Close to Norrtälje, which is a wonderful summer town. Wira bruk is located near the ferry stop on the mainland.

About 800 m from the house is Noret, a small idyllic bathing spot with a beach, rocks and jetty that is good for swimming from. About 1.5 km away, at Lervikstorp, is a fine sandy beach with a swimming pontoon and jumping tower. Adjacent to the sandy beach is a nice rock pool.
At Åsättra Brygga 500 m from the house there is an ice cream kiosk and some lines with Vaxholmsbolaget also depart from here, including to Nässlingen, Husarö and Möja. This is also where the SL bus goes. About 7 km to Ljusterö 18-hole golf course and 1 mile to Ljusterö Sports Center with outdoor gym, tennis courts, paddle, boules.
You can go to the house by car or bus. There is a road ferry from the mainland to the island and it runs every 10 minutes in the summer, the crossing takes 10 minutes.

Cleaning is a mandatory option and costs SEK 1,300.
Sheets and towels can be booked for SEK 150/person/week.
