Land, buildings The site is open and generous and sloping down to the sea and its private sandy beach. Pavilion by the beach with outdoor furniture. Private jetty with space for possible own boat, sailboat depth. Life jackets are available in sizes 5-90+ kg. Small boat with 4 hp motor. Playhouse, swing and small slide for the kids. 50 m away is an area of open-kept green where you can play football or make funny outdoor games. The plot is situated so that it is almost completely separate, although there are neighbors. The big house has a large terrace with garden furniture and awning. The guest cottage has a patio with outdoor furniture. Even the sauna house has a patio with outdoor furniture. There is a charcoal grill.
On the plot are three houses. Large main house, a guest cottage and a sauna house. 2 bikes, one with child seat. The big house has a large fireplace and the guest house a wood burning stove. Firewood is available.

Bedroom and beds In the main house there is a room with a double bed 180 cm. A smaller room with a bunk bed. Another room with a double bed 160 cm and a sofa bed 120 cm. The living room has a sofa bed, 120 cm. The guest cottage has a bedroom with two single beds. A travel cot for smaller children is available.

Kitchen, water and laundry The main house has a fully equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster and child chair. Dining area adjoining the kitchen and direct access to the patio. Downstairs is a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, sink. The guest cottage has a good kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, fan, microwave, fridge and freezer. The houses have hot and cold water supply is good, but it is important not to waste water.

Bathroom The main house has a large bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. The guest cottage has a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Sauna house has a shower.

Other rooms The main house's living room has lovely sea views, large fireplace, television with standard channels. There is a common room the downstairs with a seating area and a breakfast bar. There is also an extra fridge and freezer. The living room in the guest house has television with standard channels and a fireplace. The house has a loft bed, archipelago inspired, seating area with sea views.


Other Mobile coverage is good. To Stockholm it is about 1.5 hours drive, as well as to Arlanda. On Högmarsö is a grocery store that is open during the summer. There is a cable ferry from the mainland. Bus stop on the mainland. Cozy walking paths on the island.
Close to Furusund there are canoe and bicycle rentals. Furusunds peculiar story told during guided hikes in summer. Ferries leave from Furusund to Yxlan and Blidö, two beautiful islands in the archipelago to discover. Blidö have well-stocked ICA, cinema, health center and restaurant. A few mil to wonderful summer town Norrtälje and Kapellskär where you can make day trips to Åland.

The object is for rent weekly Saturday to change during the peak season. Bed linen / towels can be booked for 150 SEK / person. Cleaning is mandatory optional and costs 2500 SEK. Weekends during the rest of the year may be rented on request.
